About credits. Wellness and Premier members carry a monthly credit balance that funds eligible services. Credits roll over month to month while your membership is active. Apply credits to anything credit-eligible: IVs, NAD+, IM boosters, comprehensive bloodwork, nurse practitioner visits, HOCATT, Kaasen Cryo, and Cryo Facial. Clinical programs (TRT, HRT, GLP-1, peptides, advanced diagnostics) are billed separately at the member discount and paid by credit card, not credits.

Hive supports the next generation. Members can add a teen to their household at a single flat rate, with full access to the gym, the classes, and the Therma Lounge.

Teen Add-On.

Available to any member with an active Hive membership. Ages 12 to 17. Includes unlimited access to the gym, all weekly classes, and the Therma Lounge.

Teen members must be accompanied by their parent during every visit. We treat the gym floor as a coached space, not a drop-off, because that is how kids learn to move well and stay safe doing it.

How do credits work?

Wellness and Premier members carry a monthly credit balance ($550 and $1,000) that lives in your member account. Apply credits at checkout for IVs, NAD+, IM boosters, bloodwork, NP visits, HOCATT, Kaasen Cryo, and Cryo Facial. Unused credits roll over while you're an active member. They do not expire, and there is no cap.

What happens if I cancel?

Five days written notice before your next billing. Month-to-month members cancel with no fee. 6-month members who cancel early pay one month of their rate. After cancellation, you have thirty days to use any remaining credits.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Once per twelve months, minimum 30 days, maximum 90 days. Billing suspends. 6-month commitments extend by the pause length. Credits do not accumulate during a pause.

What is the Annual Hive Improvement Fee?

$99 a year per member, fully disclosed. It funds equipment refreshes and facility upgrades. Every member pays it, including spouses and teens. There is no initiation fee.

How does Spouse Pricing work?

$50/mo off Standard 6-month rates. Fit Spouse $149, Wellness Spouse $399, Premier Spouse $699. The Spouse tier must match or be a step below the primary member's tier. Each spouse holds an independent membership with their own credits and access. 6-month commitment only.

Do credits cover TRT, HRT, GLP-1, or peptides?

No. Clinical programs are billed separately at your member discount (15% Wellness, 20% Premier) and paid by credit card. Credits cover IVs, NAD+, IM boosters, recovery, bloodwork, NP visits, HOCATT, Kaasen Cryo, and Cryo Facial.

Can I sign up online?

Membership starts with a tour. We want to walk you through the space and make sure the right tier fits before we sign anything. online and we'll handle the rest in person.
